Center axel to inside fender is 24 3/4 inch rear and 23 7/8 inch front. Truck has a lot of side to side sway now. Not sure why. Next is tires and an alignment.

Lc coils for the rear with m95 skyjacker nitro shocks. Tundra front with 3/4 spacers to help level out a bit.

Looks good and a great modding start. Nice Job !

Thank you! Going to start a build thread one of these days. Had it six months and working all the 275k mile issues out. About to go crazy and attempt front and rear bumpers and modified roof rack. Lighting and rear cargo box to be made soon.

that's almost 4" of lift up front, did you do a diff drop? watch your CVs and CV boots.

looks great! woo murica. and about the sway, maybe its just a higher center of gravity, or your over analyzing things and nothing is wrong :p

The sway is your sway bar links. You need longer ones now. They're under so much load they're acting more like torsion bars now and are over exaggerating any side to side movement.

Have looked and a bit confused on extended sway bar end links. I have read that 2nd gen rears are extended for 3rd gens. What about the front ones? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why not just remove them if the ends go bad. You are going to have quite a bit of sway no matter what you do with as high as you went. Did you do a panhard drop bracket or adjustable panhard?

I'm sorry I have to disagree with your reasoning, the sway bar acts like a torsion spring when it's loaded (from body roll) regardless. And even lifted, the sway bar isn't doing anything when it's level (so it isn't exerting any load), it just "reacts" less when the body starts to roll because it's a sin(x) multiplier of the angle between the sway bar link and the sway bar so when it's lifted with stock links there is less leverage (from the obtuse angle vs optimal 90 degrees) on the sway bar so it doesn't exert as much reaction force when the body rolls.

Would that exaggerate side to side motion? I don't know. Would longer links help control the swaying of the body? Yes.

That's fine. But I had this exact set up on one of my 4Runner's and had the same problem. It was the sway bar links, for the reasons I mentioned.

I fully understand that the sway bar isn't doing anything when it's level. What it is doing is exaggerating the side to side motion when it's put under load, which happens when the truck is given steering input from the driver or pushed due to something in the road. The sway bars job is to limit the amount of "roll" (or sway if you will) but it can't due to the links that are now too short. Once OP installs longer links, it won't be under as much load and will work as it should.
