LIft kit and my CV axle......

I have a 2005 4runner SR5 and looking to get a suspension lift kit> bilstein 5100 adjustable full suspension 2.5" to 3" lift from Toyotec.

My question is, would my CV axle pop out of the boot if the kit is 3" or higher. Or is 3" going to work just fine. Im looking for 2.5" to 3" at the most.

3" should be fine, I wouldn't go over 3".

Get some hose clamps from your local hardware store and clamp over the oem clamps. This helps prevents loss of grease.
