Im considering the 2/1 kit for my SR5 with the wheel spacers.
Just concerned with the install. Lots of time with solid rear axles and coil springs but I have no experience with IFS and I am scared :der:

Yes, 100%. When you order, at very end in the notes box please put "trail with KDSS"
The wheel spacers will work as long as your using them with on stock wheels. There are a lot of these kits on the road with a ton of seat time and I can tell you it's rides great, some say even better (when you go over expansion joints on the highway) it feels better and more secure. Most of my customers have been doing these and it's their wife's truck and they just want a beefier look without effecting ride quality.

It will work. But it is bit more work as I had to undo the KDSS swaybar. Without doing that there was no way to lower the lower control arms. That was a ***** to put back on afterwards. And you should really have another person to help you as there is quite a bit of spring tension on the lower control arms when you try to pry it down enough to pop out the shocks.
so i just placed an order for the 1 inch for a stock trail with upgraded tires (275 instead of 265). Anyone have the 1 inch and 275 tires with stock suspension? Hopefully by adding this, it won't cause any rubbing?
So this will increase the front of the truck one inch to bring it level with the rear?
If I got the 2/1, that would make it like the PRO?

My wife(CoARunner15 on the board) and I installed the 2/1 kit on her '16 Limited. Absolutely love the look! After two days driving and getting an alignment, the ride is great and measuring from ground to fender we got 2.5" of lift up front. Anyway, here's some before and after pics. If anyone needs more, just let me know.

Anyone with a TRD Pro and 2/2 or 2/1 use wheel spacers w/ 285/70/17? wondering if they'll be any rubbing. I jus ordered the 2/2 for my pro and 285 KO2s and was thinking about spidertraxx

Just bought 2/1 lift. Gonna be putting on trd pro rims. When I bought the Rams the guy also gave me 2 new spidertraxx spacers , 2 of them. When I do this lift will the spacers be needed, does the 2" lift pull the suspension in? I would not think a spacer lift would but I am a novice ....thanks

In this case you don't need them. Mainly for stock wheels when you go to larger tire and NEED the clearance.
With an offset wheel like aftermarket or trd pro rims, spidertrax will set the tires out too far and cause feder well rubbing issues.

The local 4 x 4 store here in Fort Lauderdale wants $380 to install the 2/1 inch lift and alignment. Is this reasonable or is this a rip off ?!

Sounds like a lot to me? As long as you are providing the parts, you figure labor is maybe $90 - $95 per hour so lets say it takes 1 hour for the front and 1 hour for the rear and then a front end alignment is roughly $85.00? I'd say should be around $280.00 ????

Actually, you said that price INCLUDES alignment???
If the truck is in good alt meant BEFORE the lift. Alignment isn't always needed, and not needed with just the 1".
I still recommend it but tell people if they know it's in alignment BEFORE just keep eye on tires. I've had many report back with all good news and even tire wear.

Yea. $300 for install and 80 for alignment. Alignment is perfect. It's a brand new 4runner with 500 miles.haha
Trustyaxe, I'll try to get a pic this afternoon, but it's just a spacer between the stock spring and the spring perch. A different spring may have a different spring rate. this maintains your stock ride, just 2" higher.
BTW, my tire shop was going to charge me $360 for install & $60 for alignment. I did the install myself & took it in for alignment. It almost definitely will need an alignment after lift install...
