The additional thickness includes the thickness of the rubber isolator bushing that is replaced by the lower lift spacer
It will provide the 2” requested. No worries all good.

Jason has done it again by providing excellent customer service! I went with 2.25 f and 2 r this time and im very happy. Still little bit of front rake but thats the way i like it!

Just read this entire thread. Sounds like a lot of folks installed the 1" with ease.

Seems like these could be installed by just removing the top 3 strut nuts, loosening the lower strut bolt, and unbolting the 2 bolts off bottom of hub/ lower control arm ball joint. Then just push down, pop the spacer on and reverse install with low profile nuts?

Trying to see if I would need to remove sway bar, remove upper control arm ball joint, remove the tie rod, etc.

Yea, the 1" is very easy to install, as it doesn't need a spring compressor. And you are correct on the above. Now, to the 2nd part of your question, you can try. We've tried doing that, but can't get the strut down far enough to install the spacer.

Do you remove the sway bar completely then? Also do you break the upper control arm ball joint or lower 2 bolts underneath near lower control arm ball joint? Thanks!

I installed Jason,s lift on my 17 pro due to the suspension, I’m not going to do major off roading so I didn’t want to get rid of what I had.
It was difficult to install it by myself but it took me two days after I got off work both days. The only thing I had to have help on was compressing the front springs.
I am running 285/70/17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. I love the lift/ tire size. To me it’s a perfect combination.

anyone experiencing a "bottom out" feeling when going over small speed bumps? pretty harsh feeling actually and not going any faster than I would normally...I purchased the cornfed 3/2 spacer kit (burtman industries) for my 2018 4R Off-Road w/ 285/70/17's.

Ordered the front level kit for my 2018 OR and got an immediate email saying it's shipping and will hit me early next week. I like that.

Can't wait to get rid of the front-end squish look.

Can you post up some front and rear pics of your lift? Also curious to know your exact tire specs and brand? I can't tell from the pic. Thanks and sweet rig!
