Lift Question

hey guy I recently upgraded to the 231mm tundra brakes and I had some lc80 wheels just sitting in the garage. I got them powder coated and ordered spidertrax 1.25" spacers. Im running 265/75/16 km2's and after everything was installed the front tires rub pretty bad against the pinch weld by the front doors. I did as much cutting and grinding as I could while feeling comfortable and it still made contact so I think I need to lift. Should the toytec ultimate lift be enough to clear so at full lock Im not hitting anything? Also is there anything else I need along with the lift? Ive been searching a lot but the truck is my DD and I drive over 60 miles a day so Im in a rush to get it fixed. Thanks

Its rubbing becuase you have the tire sticking out too far which pushes it into the pinch weld at full lock.

Replace the 1.25" spacer with a 1/4" spacer, longer studs, and deep stud lug nuts. that will fix the pinch weld rubbing while still keeping enough backspacing to clear the 231 calipers.

thanks ripcord, I should've looked further into the tire rub issue with this set up but Im not trying to avoid getting a lift. I knew I was going to lift it when I bought and have some money saved up I just didnt want to get everything for the lift and still have the tire rub. Thanks again and awesome truck man Ive read through your build several times haha
