Lift question

Hey guys, im looking to do a lift on a budget for now.. I came across these on Craigs and was wondering if anyone had any info on theese or how they might work on a 96 runner. Thanks

Looks like Bilstein 4600s stock springs and a spacer. It would give you a lift but I'd pool together more money for something better.
