Lift question

So I've read, reread, reread, and read the big sticky thread that's pretty much the bible of 4runner lifts. Still have questions related more directly to my project. Want tune trd tundra front, land cruiser rear. On the norm I have a couple hundred pounds of crap in the back, I'm going to build a rear bumper with tire carrier, adding an arb fridge and more overlanding gear. What size springs should I go with all that for about a 3" lift?
Also, what are people doing for the shock? All you get from the lc is the coil springs right?

Go with 7 or 8 wraps on tokico shocks. My 7 wraps handle few hundred pounds great and handle awesome with my tokicos.

Once you add the bumper and carrier pull them out, sell them and put that money towards some 861 OME's. They will give you about 6" lift on an empty rig. With 400+ lbs should be closer to 4" rear lift. Research 861's and look at some members builds running them.

I'll have the bumpers on before I can do the lift I'm pretty sure. The metal is free from my buddies job, unfortunately he doesn't make suspension. But if I can do it for $500, I might be able to fit it in. Gotta square my bike away first, the funding is from the Harley getting "totalled", so she comes first. Didn't wreck her, but long story short she fell on both sides loading her up the other day, and it was half on the trailer, half off. Lot of dents, and broken mirrors.

Anyway, I'm trying to price things out, because I need to do something about my shocks soon.

That sucks about the bike. If you're adding 500lbs full time to the rear you want 861s if you want 4" lift that can handle weight.
