Lifted + Short Spouse. Interior Customizations?

My lady is 4'11" and I recently upgraded suspension/wheels/tires/rock sliders, giving me a 2.5-3" lift. She has slight struggle getting off the truck, and keeps asking me if there's something I can do to make things easier for her.

Silly request, but open to hearing my options.

Anyone customize a sturdy handle/rope near the seat belt attachment or grab handle for the shorties?

Thank you in advanced!

Yoooooo! At first glance....... LOL

I see a "lift reversal" in your future. That will fix it. </8^)

Trying to avoid that at all cost! hahaha

HEADREST GRAB HANDLES – Raingler

I use these in the backseat to help the kiddos. Probably find a more convenient location to mount if needed.

I like this idea. I think this might be the one.

Buy her 5” heels for every day of the week.

She's already thinking about when she does wear heels, on how much worse it will be.

lmao i floated this idea. that didn't go too well.

Unless your lady is a gymnast she’s not going to be able to, or want to, hoist herself in with one hand on the right side grab handle, the other on some other handle device you rig up on the left side B pillar, launch herself up and in with enough force and velocity to perform a spinning half twist and land her butt in the seat safely without bumping her head on the door jamb.

Your only real options are sliders with steps or carrying around a lightweight step stool and helping her get in. I used to carry around a stool for my parents to get in my truck. It was a slight bother but they appreciated it.

You have two choices - either lower your car or get a permanent solution like this.

Anything temporary or rigged up will just make your life miserable and you'll end up lowering the car anyway.

I'm at about 3" of lift with 285's. My girlfriend is 5'2" and commented regularly that she disliked getting in and out of my 4Runner. We're both in our 40's and in decent shape but still... I finally broke down and bought some n-fab steps a few weeks ago before we took the truck on vacation. No issues any more. I would rather have sliders but then again I think my extreme off roading days in a truck are behind me.

Divorce? No I'm just kidding. My wife won't let me take the running boards off.
