Light Bar Interest? Anyone want one?

Sent the drawings off for a test run, simple plasma cut parts. I am hoping to get the parts back and constructed/tested out by Wed of next week! I will keep you guys posted and post pictures!

Haha, no worries, i was half joking. Can't wait to see what ya end up with for the 4Runner.

Santa Fe! Can you make one for a 22" bar, the one that requires trimming plastic for the bar to sit flush with bumper?

I am sure I can, as long as the opening is wide enough. If you wanna drive down, we can make sure you get one the way you want it for your time!
 
Still here! My plasma guy is having difficulties, so I spent the penny to have templates laser cut! Which is cool because you guys will get to see the real deal! Should be cutting on Wed, then mailing to me. Hoping to have something to show early next week!!!
 
I dunno why i'm so excited about this. Of all the things I plan to add to my truck lights aren't that important. I don't wheel at night ever (currently), but man I want them.

Actually I just got the test parts in tonight. I have my hands full over then next couple days but I'm hoping to get everything tested out by the end of the long weekend. Pics to come soon!
 
What are the inside measurements of the smaller bar? I have a smaller LED bar I might be able to squish inside it with lights on top as well
 
Got the test pieces in. Test fitting Tuesday or Wednesday. After that, I can start taking deposits and start getting these things out to you guys!!! Thank you very much for the patients on the R&D process!!!

Mojave, not to take anything away from your work as your templates and designs are awesome - but - do you think you can fab up a bumper identical to the one above?
