Someone else mentioned they wanted one of these earlier on. I am actually scheduled to meet up with them in late Feb to build it. Once I build one I will look into what it would take to mas produce and cost. Might be able to make these happen.
 
Ok guys and gals. I finally got to get these things test fit and I am ready to start taking orders in the next couple days. I am doing the final drafting, making a few tweaks and getting final pricing from my laser cutter and we will be ready to go. I will have a final price and a new thread in the for sale section with all the options! Should be ready for orders come Friday at the latest, I will post in this thread to announce.

Made to fit the light bar listed earlier or a 30" Rigid light bar (31.5" between the tabs).

Here are pictures from my test fit, please let me know what you think!



Stealth - Not a lot to see, haha it's stealth.



Flush - Not pictured, I couldn't cut out someone else's grill, but it's all sorted out, will sit about 1" back from the front surface of the bumper.

In Front - Simple and straight to the point.











Tube - Last but not least, this is the tube version. Tell me how many tabs you want and the spacing you desire and I will add up to 4. The gusset on the front is a sample one I had laying around, the final product will have something very similar.

Would this be able to accommodate a winch? The pictured truck is an '06+. Would this also fit an '04 (with a 1" body lift)?

You would have to do some modification to the mounts, cutting and welding. I can't tell you for sure without all the parts in hand...

The grill is the same on the 05 and older (that's what I personally own), so these will fit. If you want one that is taller to account for a 1" body lift, I will charge and extra $20 on top of whatever style you want. I don't have this drafted up or tested, so it is just a little extra for a non-standard one as it takes me a little additional work for it.
 
Wanted to bump this thread. We had a lot of interest when I started this and I currently have 6 deposits. If anyone else wants to jump on to the first batch please let me know. I am sure some are waiting for final install pictures, those will come in a couple weeks when I do the first batch!

Update for everyone.

For anyone who potentially wants one in the future, my situation has changed. Due to my military roll changing and my responsibilities to my family, I will no longer make any new ones. However, I did have some extras cut so if you want one you are still in luck while I have these.

I have parts on hand for the following styles and quantities listed below. If you want one let me know and I will send you an invoice. It will be one week time after you pay for me to weld it up and get it shipped out. Probably faster but I never know what my schedule is like so this will relieve any missed expectations.

Style A - 6 on hand ($13 flat rate shipping in US)
Style B - 6 on hand ($13 flat rate shipping in US)
Style D - 7 on hand (UPS, variable depends on where you live, around $30)

Sorry if this is a disappointment to some but I just have other things that take priority for me. Thanks to everyone who has purchased one or helped with these and thanks to those who buy what I have left to sell, haha!!!

Do you have any flush left that are flush with the bumper? Or are they they ones that stick out in front of the bumper?
