Narva is a good brand.

I use the ultra premium Osram silverstars. Got them off eBay for $25 and they've been serving me quite well. Quailty glass and nice light beam.

I have Hella H4 Xenon Blue bulbs.. they are awesome.. very clear I know they say blue but they are not blue looking so law enforcement doesnt mess with me
