Evening all, I've been reading these forums for a very long time and finaly decided to join up. I currently own a 05 sr5 4r with less than 38k on her odometer. I bought her brand new and have really enjoyed owning this great suv. I'm a chef in Vegas but looks like I'm moving to Napa valley in a few months. Right now I'm looking at a new 5th gen 4x4 but can't make up my mind on which model to pull the trigger on.

I've stayed up so many nights reading the forums and writting down notes on what I like and don't like...it seems like my mind changes on what mods I want to do on a daily basis:D. Only thing that's holding me back from making a purchase right now is I'm hoping to see if Toyota will add a new color and a few other little things I see some of you complain about. Not to mention the Toyota dealerships have almost zero inventory on a 4r w/o the 3rd seat. I'm a huge cyclist so keeping pricey custom bikes on a bike rack ain't gonna work for me. Anyways, I'm looking forward to getting to know you all a lot better :D

Welcome! Where in Vegas do you work? Been there only once for my anniversary a few years back. Stayed in the Venetian, liked it except for all the potpourri they pumped through the ventilation, gave me a headache after a while, but the sun was definitely nice and needed after a long grey rainy winter in the NW.

Thank you for the warm welcome =). I'm currently working in a kitchen at the MGM for a chef most of you ( or your wives ) are likely familiar with. I know exactly the smell you're referring to, I opened up a kitchen at the Palazzo which is owned by the Venetian. The Venetian is a great casino, I'm sure you were well taken care of there.

Don't remember if we went to the MGM, who's the chef you're working under? Yeah, that smell is a bit overpowering, but the hotel was very nice!
