Limited fender flare clips and weatherstrip question

I'm about to attempt to remove my 1997 limited fender flares to get them painted. Looking for part numbers for the clips and weatherstrip. Where to source? Dealer or elsewhere? Also, there are rivets, do I need to re-rivet? Or just clip? I've seen articles here but didn't find answers I needed. Any help appreciated.
