Limited w/o sliding try or 3rd row

Anyone here have a Limited without the sliding tray or 3rd row? If so, is the back basically flat?

Dealer makes it out to be more rare than an albino unicorn. I'm curious as to why that is. I currently have a 2010 with the tray and hate it. It's basically a place for junk to fall and hide. I have no use for a 3rd row and don't want to pay $1,500 for it.

My Limited doesnt have a 3rd row or the cargo tray and the rear is flat.

:iagree: Yes it's flat, but the entire cargo area will be 3" lower than the back of the seats when folded down.

Your dealer is yanking your chain. Go elsewhere.

As stated before, my LE is flat but the rear seats somewhat angle upward from the flat area.

I'm in Atlanta and hear the same bs that you have to choose one of the two options. If you're in SC, it may be unique to the southeast distributor. They may also make you pay for toyoguard as well.

It's probably more rare than an Inferno TRD Pro based on a few folks that looked for them in the past. eace: doesn't mean you can't find one online and snag it.

With a bit of arm twisting, they agreed to order one for me. I figured they were yanking my chain which is why I pushed the issue and then came here. Then I started thinking there was a good reason why they come with either a 3rd row or the tray. Since I hate the cargo tray I currently have, I think I'll go ahead with ordering a new one w/o.

super rare. None are ordered by the California distributors (north & south). Oregon distributor orders no 3rd row, no sliding tray.

As others have said, it all depends on the distributor and/or region. In Hawaii, you can't get the sliding cargo deck. All Limiteds are ordered with the auto running boards, and you can get it with or without the third row.

I was fortunate to find a limited without the auto running boards in California. It appears that 99% of limiteds ordered by both North and South California dealerships have the auto running boards for which I did not care for at all.

Mine has neither. There were lots of Limiteds in Denver without these two. Also I didnt see any with auto runningboards either.
