Linked house battery and fuse box setup

Hey, So I've read tons of postings and build threads and I think I've got it straight, but I want to confirm with those that have already done this. Here is the set up that I will install. Please let me know if you think Ive gone off the rails anywhere.

Isolation circuit:

Starter battery pos--> Blue Sea (BS) ANL fuse block with 300A Mega/AMG fuse --> BS ML-ACR Auto charge relay with manual control --->do I need another fuse block here?? --> positive terminal of house battery.

Starter battery negative ----> ground and to house battery negative

BS ML-ACR will also have contra switch and LED indicators wired to cabin

Need advice on wiring dual voltage indicator to cabin. Separate wiring direct from batteries?

Fuse box:

House battery positive --> BS ANL fuse block with 125A Mega/AMG fuse ---> BS 100A circuit breaker -->Do I need a low voltage disconnect here?? BS 12 circuit panel with neg bus --->relays --> accessories.

Does this look right?

This is what I use -->DUAL BATTERY VOLT METER FOR TOYOTA PRADO 150, LANDCRUISER 200, 2016 HILUX

And yes, separate wire directly to each battery.

Okay, maybe my questions were too general. Let's try this:

Does anyone here use a low voltage cutoff on their house battery? If I run an ARB or similar fridge, there will be a min voltage cutoff built into the appliance, right? So what is the advantage of an LVC -- am I going to ruin my deep cycle battery if I fully discharge it by mistake?

IMO it's not worth the cost to add a low voltage shutoff that can handle 100A. If you have individual items on the circuit you worry about forgetting I would add smaller low voltage shutoffs to those circuits. (Your fridge will have one built-in)
