I must apologize to all of you for the tease. It was unintentional, I swear. My head must have hit something harder than itself!

I spoke with a lawyer and she advised me that I might have a case. She then advised me to keep the Runner in tact in my driveway until we figure something out.

I have to look out for myself here and do what Im told.

I really didnt mean to mess with any of you, especially after 58 emails! WOW...

First of all thank you all. I really expected a few hate emails, but there were NONE!

Ya, the fact is that there was "tread separation" makes it an issue. She said that if it is a retread them im screwed, BUT I dont think it was!!
