Load leveling Airbag / Air shock

Easiest if you have access to a frame lift to get it up higher so you are not on the ground, but jack stands and a floor jack work too if you get it up high enough to freely move the rear axle downward to remove the springs. Either or should work though.

The whole thing took about 2 hours, it was pretty straight forward, of course my father in laws garage has a lift in it, so that helps!

So I it's checked my empty and full weight tickets, towed 3275lbs from CT to FL then to Ga where I will be for the next three years... Impressive

Another item you may want to look at.......AIR LIFT 25592 Load Controller II On Board Air Compressor System ($171.14 Amazon)
You can adjust air pressure on the fly, plus it has an adjustable low pressure sensor so you don't have to worry about bags being under inflated. Love the setup, when not towing bags are 5 psi, hook up trailer, crank them to 15-20 psi with dash mounted switch. After a day of wheeling, put the toys away and air down with bleeder valve (left of rocker switch)........easy peasy!
