Locking Hub Won't Lock

I have AISIN locking hubs and my passenger-side hub dial will turn almost to the lock position but not fully. I removed the outer-most piece of the hub with the dial on it and everything looked good inside (I have no clue what look for of course).

I looked it up and read somewhere that this is usually an easy fix? Any ideas of what I can do to fix it?

I'm hitting some rough terrain this coming Saturday and I'd really like to have all wheels spinning by then.

The most common problem is the grease hardens up, preventing proper operation.
Dis-assembly and a good clean/re-grease usually works wonders.

That is a good write-up but beware of the author. He owns an offroad shop that deals with mainly Toyota. His business is anything but honest and trust worthy. If you're considering ordering anything for your hubs, find another source.
