Loctite lower ball joint

I finally got around to installing the lift on my 4th gen yesterday. Before I could get the old strut assembly out, it started to rain out of nowhere, so I had to throw everything back on and pack up real fast (since I don't have a garage). Didn't have time to Loctite the bolts on the lower ball joint and it's still raining today. How much driving can I do without the Loctite? Safe to run errands today? Or is it that super dangerous? I would think torquing the bolts to 166 ft lbs (which I did) should hold up pretty good even if it takes a few days for the weather to clear up. Any help? Super-amateur mechanic over here.

I think you will be fine. 166 ft lbs is a lot of torque. Most wheels are held on by 65-125 and they stay on just fine.
