Longer Shocks BJS Kits?

Where can I get 2" longer shocks for cheap for a BJ Spacer kit? I am placing an order for the 1.5" spacers, differential drop pucks, and sway bar lowering blocks that often come as a kit, but I was hoping to find some cheap wholesale 2" longer shocks.

I will not be adjusting the T-Bars, as 1.5" of lift is fine.

Any ideas?

Check out ProComp es3000-9000 on 4wheelparts. They are a cheap, good shock. Typically, prepare to spend around 200ish for shocks of decent quality on all four corners.

If you want cheap crap cylinders... Munroes should do the trick. Most likely available at your local parts store.

Get the lift installed, measure your distance at full bump and full droop, then order a shock with that length and travel. Be careful you get one with the eyes on the bottom and stud on top for the fronts, and eyes top and bottom for the rear.

It's not a good idea to just buy one 1.5" longer than stock, because there's no telling how droopy your torsion bars are or if the owner before you cranked them or what.

How high or low you set your torsion bars doesn't effect the travel or limitations of the shock. If you get the 1.5" ball joint spacers, the travel of the arms will need a shock length of about 10" to 15" inches from compression to full extension. The link I gave are ones with those specs and have the correct stud and eye w/ bushing mounts. You can dig through shock specs and find others for cheaper but from my searching, the bottom mount will be slightly different. Shocks some use are from an old Samurai which is almost exactly what you need except that bottom mount. I've never modified one so not sure how close it is but basically you would just need to add the bushing sleeve inside the bushing. The samurai doesn't use a sleeve, the 4runner uses a 16mm x 38mm.
