Looking at travel trailer to tow....

Family and I are big campers and have outgrown out pop up. I am looking at a 2004 travel star 19ck hybrid and am wondering if the towing capacity is too much for 2014 4Runner sr5. The specs of the travel trailer are:
5000 gvwr
2800 gvw
346 base / dry hitch weight
2495 base / dry axle weight

I will obviously be using a weight distribution hitch and brake controller. Just want anyone's experience in whether it can be done and done safely.....thanks in advance

Lots of towing threads for 5th gen, might want to look around for answers already posted.
