ARB is supposedly creating a bumper for the 4th gens (don't hold your breath).
A company call Shockworks is also designing something and it is in the prototyping stages. Do a search and you'll come upon it.

None of the current brush guards available are mounted that securely. From what I can tell, if someone was to design a brush guard like the warn posted above, it would require removal of parts/drilling into the factory bumper in order to find a strong enough connection with the frame. My advice would be to either get a brush guard with #1 and #3 as you mention above (multiple models out there- search these boards for suggestions/pics), or if you really want a winch, consider getting an aftermarket bumper such as the one being built by Shrockworks right now, or the one supposedly being designed by ARB.

I'm a relative newbie to the off-roading scene but I looked into the same topics myself before deciding on the Shrockworks bumper for myself (#16 in line!)
