Every other vehicle I've owned I have been able to find a downloadable link of the FSM in a pdf format... I hope the 2015 4Runner has the same available!!

Under this sticky there are a bunch of files for the 2010 4Runner, click on " TIS FSM for 2010 4Runner by @Nashman". 2015 is essentially the same with a few cosmetic changes but is better then nothing.

Sorry to resurrect the dead here. I'm having some electrical issues on my wife's 2015 4Runner. Would these electrical diagrams still apply despite the changes from the 4th gen to 5th gen?

It is a subscription service which is too expensive for most of us (several thousand dollars/year), but your Toyota dealer has access to it.
You might be able to talk your Toyota dealer into printing out sections of it for you; I was able to get the portion that deals with interior illumination for my RAV4 recently from them.
