I am trying to find a member and his screen name is right on the tip of my tongue but can't quite remember. His avatar is an illustration of a cowboy's face. He lived in Japan for a while but is now back in the states, somewhere in the southeast. Does this ring a bell with anybody?

I always thought that was Clint Eastwood as well.
