They have one specially that fits the Tundra, I was wondering if it work work on my 5th gen and 4Runner. Any idea where I can find some of the that will work?

IIRC, there's a whole thread or eight on antenna mounts, might wanna look around there, as they have lots of photos of installations.

No sense reinventing the wheel here!

In my experience these types of mounts do not work well - if at all - with our Runners. Assuming you're planning on a hood mount, based on the design. If you're dead set on going with this design, you'll probably have to custom make it or get it custom made to fit the bends and openings of our hoods.

Better to just grab a Comet RS-720(for small antenna) or RS-730/RS-840 for larger antenna(eg:SBB5, 2x4, SBB7). Or Diamond equivalent.
Also keep in mind that the gap is very small between the quarter panel and the hood, so unless you plan on drilling a hole in the cowling or something, you'll want a feedline with a bit of RG-174 at the end, like the CK-3M5 or equivalent. Some say that the fact that these cables are crimped instead of soldered is not the best design, but they've worked very well for me.
