Try out Farmer's as I've bene with them for over 20 years and no issues with the two accidents I've had and when I was a speed demon and lost my license twice they still kept my rates reasonable and never cancelled me.

I've had Mercury Ins for many years now, and absolutely give them the thumbs up.

Last accident I was in, it was technically my fault, (I rear ended someone, who drove like a blind crack-head with tourette's), and they fixed everything on both cars with no problems or hassles. My rates went up $10/mo.

When i was shopping around for rates, they were very competitive. I left State Farm.

Go with progressive. They still provide reasonable rates even if you are considered high risk. I've been with them for almost 10 years and I have had no problems with them fulfilling claims (although no major accidents). Really customizable coverage is a big plus and I get to choose where I take my vehicle, so I can always choose the small local shops over the chain type stuff which I like.

Country financial. I'm 26 and have my 4runner and home insured for 86 a month. Plus everyone I've ever talked to there has givin top notch customer service.

Have to give another thumbs up for USAA.

Have been with them for ... Let's just say a long time. They have taken very good care of us through many mishaps including a total loss house fire.

Pretty bomb proof coverage especially if you also do your banking and credit card(s) with them. Heck, they even refund my ATM fees.
