I sent them an email to inquire about service. It looks like they are mainly a vendor.

D&E auto. I've been screwed by so many shops and finally found one that does quality repairs at a reasonable price. They're in Vancouver though.

What Toyota dealers do people use in portland for service?

I've been to about all of them, I use whichever has the best coupons available for what I need. McCords Vancouver was by far the most thorough, I'm confident they actually checked everything they said they did on the checklist vs the norm where all the other dealers just pencil whip the forms and write phantom issues and such. Their new facility is real swanky too.
Lately I've been having good luck with royal Moore. They have the skankiest facility and waiting room of them all but they seem to have the fairest prices.
My last three oil changes have only been $12 with a coupon and bringing my own oil.
Broadway was fair, Gladstone was fair, Beaverton has a lot of bad reviews and I went in there once and didn't care for the employees I met. Haven't been to wilsonville or Tonkin. Capital in Salem has some real duechy advisors and they're always trying to screw us on our lifetime oil/tires on a corolla we have.
That's been my experience so far. Interested to see if others have a favorite. Of course...your mileage may vary.

Hoping to revive this thread. I am a new 4Runner owner and have lived most of my life on the East Coast and have used the same mechanic (family friend) my entire adult life until my move. Any help on a solid Toyota tech/mechanic in Portland area would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Reviving this thread again! New to the area--looking for a solid mechanic to take my truck to long term and/or a spot to do some electric work on my vehicle. I'm in the east side but honestly I'm willing to travel outside of Portland 20 miles+ in any direction if it's for the right mechanic.

I just had my timing belt done and Bilstein 5100's installed by Pearl Auto Service. Shopped around for quotes and they offered competitive pricing and were super responsive.
