So I order this part from the stealership and find out its NLA.
Anyone know a vintage Toyota 4-runner aftermarket website that may sell this particular part?

No, it doesn't. I just tried it. I just went through all this earlier this year. It puts it in your cart but it automatically updates it to 72137-35040-B0 which is Moon Mist and that is what you, or he, will get. He wants E0, which is OAK. Apparently they don't make oak any more, and they just sell moon mist, and call it good. I didn't care, because I had installed a green carpet, and I was painting those things green anyway.

Ebay, junkyards, craigslist, forum wanted ads.

Car-part.com will allow you to find a lot of stuff at the local junkyards. It's been pretty accurate except when the junkyards don't update their systems.
