Looking for Part or Part Number

Can anyone help me identify this part and its part number, or a source for a used one. I've gone to a number of Toyota parts websites and been unable to find anything that looks like this on their parts diagrams. This is for a 2006 Sport w/o 3rd seat or double-deck and is gray in color. It mounts on the top of the left rear quarter wheel well trim.

One use I have found for which it is not well suited is hooking a puppy's leash while I close the hatch. Opening the hatch at my destination immediately turned it into two pieces of trim versus one.

No worries! I will say though, this part was not located in a section where you might think it would be, so don't feel bad that you couldn't find it.
