Looking for the right set up

I have a 2010 4runner trail with the KDSS suspension. I have a small ready-lift in right now but I want to go to a true suspension lift and I want the largest tire reasonable for the lift, I currently have 34" Mickey thompson's but was thinking like a 36 or a 38. Any one know what lifts work with the KDSS and would be best?

Maybe a... gulp, dare I say it, a ba ba body lift? In all seriousness, your not gonna get tires bigger than those 34's with out some sort of spindle / cradle lift and in that case you can kiss KDSS good bye! Most of us stop at 33"s with the spacer / coil over lift, some run 34's, and maybe a couple who cram 35"s in there with perfectly backspaced wheels and alignment settings / pulled inner fender linings.

I have the fenders and wells scoped out a little bit but I tried to keep the stock body look, the 34"s aren't rubbing at all with the scope job, I've looked a little into the icon suspension systems but not too far cause I don't want to lose the KDSS (its way too handy in bad weather applications and in the Oklahoma mud)

Your talking about creating monster. SAS, all custom everything, I would bet you could get it all done for 10-15K, probably going to send it to southern California for a couple months. If you cheap out on it, you'll just end up with a pile of crap.

It could be done and sweet, but better get that cash ready.

Might check with Sam's Offroad in Tulsa.

Have any pics of this TE with 34s? My guess would be any proper suspension kit from Radflo, Icon, OME, etc. will work to get you ~3" of lift then body lift and/or sawzall to fit 38s.
