4wheelparts.com is having a big sale on goodyear wrangler duratracs. I got discount tires direct to match it and they've got a $50 mail in rebate for purchase of 4 tires. I got my 285/7516 duratracs for $853.00 out the door and then a $50 Mail in rebate so for $800, regularlly around $1000+. Not sure if you're looking for new or used but if your looking new there some good deals going now.

Are you lifted or plan to? You'll need ~3"+ to fit 285s without a lot of rubbing. 35s require a lot of cutting on your fenders/firewall to fit after the 3"+ lift. Just making sure you know what you're getting into.

plan on lifting, just getting my ducks in a row, going with a 3" front coil and LC 861/851 coils out back, then, i am thinking about a 1.5" BL, dont like them but the only way to get 35's without the cutting, and i am looking for used dont have enough money for brand new, or i would just go out and get my Baja Claw Radials, love those tires, best ones i have ever used.

Just remember with suspension lifts, full stuff is still full stuff. No amount of susp. lift will stop tires from rubbing when it flexes off road. That's only achieved with body lifts and/or cutting. In other words, you are still going to rub a lot with 35s and that setup when you wheel it. Break out the angle grinder and a BFH!

Great timing, I'm looking at DuraTracs and 4Wheelparts has free shipping to their stores plus 25% off installation. That is by far the cheapest I've found so far.

thats the same path i took originally. i had my 3" Revtek put on but couldnt afford $700+ tires so i scoured craiglslist like a hawk and found a set of 285/75/16 Michelins in real good shape about 100 miles away for $200. They got me by until i could do better. Here is a decent set of standard street tires, you wont beat craigslist for a deal
(not sure what city youre closest to in Ohio so hard to search CL )

yeah thats where i am at really, dont have the cash, but want to get things going, very impatient, want the 35's but will have to go with the 285's for right now, if they are used and under 250 for all 4, seems weird to pay money for something you are going to eventually get rid of, but i dont want to wait another year to lift it just for the tires, when i can lift it right now with 285's. I i have figured out that the 285's and 3" is a good place to start, if anyone sees any tires drop my a message or just reply to the post, thanks guys. And on another note, i know i will have to do some fab work with the 35's, just dont want to admit it right now, lol, stuborn ass i am and all. But cut off wheel and a BFH will be in my bag of tricks.
