I just realized that the belt diagram is a little wrong.
That's not the water pump pulley!

There are dealerships that will help if you can talk to the service manager.
But it’s a pain to get it from the dealership and this is pretty much what they checked
-SC was installed by the dealership and had to dig up original receipt
-dealership had tech check for OEM trd parts (ie SC, eaxhust, headers and 7th injector) which he probably didn’t open hood but still charged for inspection
-the manager verified all info and check with corporate before issuing a new sticker for which they charged for as well
-the original sticker that the dealer put on did not cover the 2002, and the carb sticker was updated at some point in 2003 to cover the 2000 and newer 3.4 motors, 4.7 and 1.8.
And all that hassle at the dealership was worth it,not to have the hassle at the smog tech
Hate California and dealerships more now

Yeah I can make those I'm sure. Does anyone have the dimensions? I'm willing to bet my method is a little better than just a basic sticker like TRD made. [MENTION=73567]alphyn[/MENTION] looks legit as well. And for $12 is a good deal. I gotta charge a bit more to compensate for my time a little more. But that's custom. When I get a chance l'll whip up a mock up of the requested stickers. And I'll see if I can fix the "water pump pulley" jazz. It's a fan pulley. Accuracy counts!

Hey everyone - sounds like you all have interest in stickers.
Stickers I made were specifically to pass California smog requirements and replicate TRD original stickers. Per my long and meandering thread, TRD no longer makes stickers for S/Cs for 3rd gen 4runners. CA smog techs need to see a sticker referencing the CARB executive order for them to pass you. You can still pass smog if you go to a smog ref, which is a PITA. You probably do not need to have vacuum routing or serpentine belt diagrams to pass smog - if they ask you for one just go to another smog check place. But I guess you already knew that if you're here.
[MENTION=127339]4Reak Show[/MENTION] has some vacuum / serpentine belt diagrams. I've seen them in person and they are ****ing beeeeeautiful.
I still have a handful of stickers left and am selling them for $12 each, shipping included. Send me a note if you are interested.

You most certainly do not need the vacuum label for smog. Matter of fact, was never made by TRD or anyone but me as far as I know. 100% custom. Just a dorky novelty item some of us OCD ridden folks love to see when the hood is open to fool lesser informed into thinking all that TRD nonsense belongs there.

Just a quick note. I shipped stickers to gmiyahira and infamousRNR. I have 3 left. First come, first serve until they are all gone. Been chatting with a few of you so I know there's more interest out there.
I'm not planning on printing anymore - I had to order 10 stickers initially to meet print shop minimum and I've been selling the extras to recoup costs. I'll keep source files available to anyone else that needs them, but at this time I am not planning on another run.

Be sure to get it printed on high quality vinyl. It lives in your engine bay and needs to be up for some abuse. If your buddy can't print one out, any print shop should be able to - only issue might be shop minimums. Let me know if you need any source files I haven't posted.

Post it here: I've officially recreated the d425-15 stickers. to my knowledge it supersedes all other 3.4 SC stickers and covers "trucks" from 95-04 including an "additional injector and SC ECU" so it's a solid arguement if you get any flack about a URD 7th hooked up...
Also recreated belt diagram. More accurate, simpler and cooler.
PM if interested. Stickers will be laminated, highly durable, and all made in house personally by me.
