Looking to Buy, Need Advice

First off...New member to this forum. Previously a member of YotaTech, but I feel like this site has a wider audience for the 5th Gen. I currently own a 2002 Sport, and my wife and I are looking to upgrade. This will be her daily car to haul the kids around, while I commute in something a little more fuel efficient.

I've been reading here and other forums, and have narrowed down my selection to a new SR5 with the Premium package. I did my online dealer research and ran across a local dealer with both a 2012 and 2013 on the lot. I inquired about the 2012, and it is not a demo (only 6 miles on the clock).

Price wise, we are looking at about $400 more for the 2013 vs the 2012. $38200 vs $35737 -- before all dest, tags, fees, etc.

My question is I feel like the 2012 could be had for lower, so I wanted to open it for opinion. Looking for a realistic number, and arguments to back it up.

Bough mine February 25th 2013 a 2013 Sr5 with leather and entune navi in blizzard pearl for 34850 out the door. MSRP was 39450. Hope this helps.
