Looking to come back to a 4runner

A few years ago I had a 02 2wd that I loved but sold because I thought I needed something bigger and I wanted a 4wd. So I purchased a 91' Suburban that currently sits on 39's and is fun to wheel (456 front and rear 14ffb w/detroit) but sucks to maintain. So Im looking to come back to toyota. I want a 99-02' and have found an 02' sport with 192k. I know toyota's last forever (I have a 93' pu with 175K) should I worry about the high milage?

Basically comes down to what maintenance has been done... I would take a higher milage with more paperwork than a lower milage mystery grab bag.
