Just a PSA regarding brakes on our 4th gens. It had new EBC brakes on the front and stop techs on the back. I did a 2hr highway drive today with lots of stop and go / heavy braking. When I finally got off the highway I noticed the brakes not holding the rig at stop lights, but it was very slight. I drove another couple blocks and the brake pedal went straight to the floor. I managed to get it into a parking lot and called a tow truck and had it piggy backed to a shop.
I didn't diagnose anything but squirting and brake fluid was happening at the drivers front and I assume its a popped brake line from corrosion due to the rigs age. Check your brake lines! Its extremely freaky losing all braking out in heavy traffic.
