Lot of play on my drivetrain when hit bumps and come to a stop

I have a 98 4runner 4x4 automatic that has alot of play in the drivetrain. When I hit a bump or come to a complete stop it feels like my rear diff and tranny moves or shifts and sometimes feels like a bump. I just replaced my tranny mount and the problem continues....does anybody know what the problem might be or has expirienced the same problem.....any help will be appriciated ...thanks

It feels like the whole drivetrain is loose and also my shifter and shifter for the trasfer case have alot of play
