I was going to name the thread 'what color should I paint these' but to my surprise they came painted black. This is unless this is some type of primer? I thought these came unpainted. Anyway, was thinking about black or red. Your thoughts?

They now come powder coated black. Should act as a nice primer if you want to paint them another color though. I left mine black... Red is a little too flashy for me. My vote is black since your sliders are black.

Thanks, It is nice that they paint them black now. Throughout the Rig there are hints of red (Tail lights, TRD Decal and Calipers). Painting the whole Skid might be too much but I might paint the control arm red just behind the Lotus cut out allowing only the red to show though the cutout. Might be a nice little detail. Also looking at that picture I need to take care of that surface rust. See guys AZ has rust also.

I'd leave them black, the only other reasonable option is strip and polish them and then clear them.

Mine are red along with the Control arms.
