Low Beams not working.

I'm in need of help. My low beams are not working. Hi-Beams work. I noticed that the Hi-beam indicator on the dash is always on. I changed the headlight relay under the hood. Any advice as to what to check?

Can you give us a bit more background? Is this 4Runner new to you, or have you had it for a while? Is this a new problem? Did you do any work before the problem appeared?

Check the fuses.

Did you replace the bulbs yet?

Had that happen once to both bulbs Replaced bulbs has been fine ever since

I assume you must have checked the fuses. I had both bulbs out once. I figured one must have been out and I didn't notice.

If not that then you need to check for voltage at the bulb connectors and start working your way back.
