Lower Mounting Eye Bushing?

I can't, for the life of me, find out where I can get Lower mounting eye bushings for the '04 T4R. I need to replace them on my '07 FJ shocks before install, and was wondering if, by chance, energy suspension made some? I didn't see any on their site, and I can't seem to find (any brand) them anywhere else... Any help would be great, thanks!
