M416 Replica build.

Just some pics of what I've been working on.

Like the title states, M416 replica trailer build.

2 sticks of 3"X1.5"x3/16" C channel for the frame.

10' of 2.5"x2.5"x3/16" for the tongue.

4 sticks of 1" square, 16ga for the tub body.

Floor is going to be sheeted with 14ga, and the sides and top are going to be 16ga, with a rack on the top for a RTT.

(Yes. I used the HF 90 Amp to tac shit in place. The frame is going to be burned better by this weekend hopefully.)

Nice job! I have a real M416. Took a lot to get it titled in NC but it's all done now. I completely restored it but powder coated it in black instead of going the military look. Hancook ATM tires and rebuilt axle with LED lighting and all new wiring on a 7 pin connector in case it gets brakes in the future. I have contemplated selling it but it has so much potential. I have over $2500 into it including the initial price I paid for it. If I had your skills it would have been much cheaper building my own. These things are so useful especially for camping. Anyway I'm rambling, enjoy that thing. :usa2:
