This 4th gen is my previous car.

Toytech & BILSTEIN5160 3.5"lift / TC upper arms / TRD wheels 16x7.5j / Hankook MT 295/75R16

I transfer to the 5 gen from the 4 gen.

ProComp 6" lift.

any pics on rear suspension? mod link arms? detailed report would be great. also how does it ride with 6"? and noticeable mpg drop?

ooops I was wrong, just noticed the right hand drive driver seat.

edit : ok im confused now, older gen is right hand driver, newer version is left hand driver.

That 5th gen is running the ProComp 6" FJ kit. Drop brackets and new knuckles keep the CVs and tie rod angles almost factory like.

I see the KDSS has been axed. Definitely wouldn't work with that drop bracket lift.

Rear is lifted by a spring and a spacer. Link isn't changed.

Yes that's right. This 4runner was imported from the US.

Yes. 4th gen is right handle, 5th gen is left handle.

My 4runner is down the Crossmember using Procomp kit.

Yes that's right. This 4runner was imported from the US.

Just curious, why did you choose to import a 4runner to Japan, when all of the good stuff is available to the Japanese market, like the LC70 or Prado. Even though the 4runner is initially cheaper, isn't it expensive to import, and make street legal over there?

For me, I would think a lower trim Prado, with a diesel and manual transmission would be infinitely more attractive then the 4runner the US gets.

For Example, this Prado GX, with a 1KD-FTV, and a Manual Transmission is $50,000 AUD, which converts to $38,000 USD, which puts it in the price range of the US 4Runner.

prob due to usa import rules. you can take a usa spec into japan but you cant take a jdm spec into usa.

this just my speculation, not actual info.

Yes.I using the FJ kit.
Load is small, 'cause the angle is normal.
