MAF Air flow sensor Aseembly rubber seal

Folks, pulled the MAF sensor out for cleaning and noticed the black rubber seal busted. Went to Stealership and was told Toyota does not sell that rubber seal by itself, gotta buy a whole assembly.
I dont want to buy the whole assembly. Try to match any rubber seal from Oriely/NAPA? Red oval in bleow pic is what i am talking about....
Any ideas?

Not thinking you'll find something in an autoparts store. I'd be thinking about the plumbing or garden section at the hardware store or Home Depot. Also, that groove looks like you could get 2 or 3 o-rings in there. That might be a better/easier solution.

I ordered a while back, part is 90099-14141. Package says o-ring.
