As an active member of the most popular Porsche BB in the world, we have seen many of these so called power gain systems come and go.
The standard request from anyone who is serious about buying a system that offers 'x' performance gain is...
Can you please show me your independant test results on a dyno, including all statistical data through the load range, including graphs and data sheets that show times, dates, ambient temperatures, elevation etc.
The test should be completed by an independant tester that has no affiliation with the company marketing the product.
If the company who is marketing the product is not willing to invest the $ into the extensive testing and reporting process, then the consumer should beware.
Naturally the ricer crowd (Mazda, Honda etc) will jump on this type of item (marketing) as they are often very gulible with their money.
If you were to do a search on a product called an E-ram you will find pages of dialogue between Porsche owners and the marketing/development company that ended up with the product being laughed out of the market. Not because the Porsche owners didn't want more hp/torque, but because the company simply could not support their performance increase claims with good statistical data collection.
Giving a forum member here the product being offered in this thread, to test and give their impressions, is not a suitable way to judge whether this product is good or not. There are too many variables, most of which are negated by seat-of-the-pants opinions.
Buyers beware!
My 2 cents.
Notwithstanding this, if you such data, how about posting it here so we can make an evaluation of the actual data. If it proves to be worth data, I think many people, including myself, would be interested in increased hp, especially rear wheel!
