Cool, very creative, I assume you flexed the suspension to see if there was any rubbing/binding. I think I would maybe squirt a bead of some RVT sealant or some such, to keep the water out, at the through body sleeve.
Think its the first one I have seen on a 4th Gen.

/cheers

Oh yeah, nice build!
Curse that PhotoBucket, greedy buggers, I hope youtube never gets the same idea.

I don't normally like stickers, but I do like your Mtn. Runner.

Thanks man, I cut and printed my own to save money :)

As for the new hole in the side, if needed I could just add a couple drain holes since RTV may not like the high temps of the pipe

Camping in the Snowy Range Mountains, Wyoming. Testing the new bumper, sliders, tent and jerry cans

Love the build. We are fans of the Snowy Range as well. I won't post it up here, but there is an awesome FR we love to camp on fish on up there.

Are you regeared? If not, how's the driving experience with the 35's?

Not regeared, Its a V8 still so the rig can handle all the weight I have added to include the 35's. I have rubbiing on the swaybar on full lock but no issues driving around town, offroad or even down to Fort Collins.

Soon I plan to regear and supercharge! (Once I convince my wife so needs more power)

Updated the page again, I removed all of the PIAA lights in an effort to get a lightbar so I can park into my garage :)

Did a friends window

I gave a friend in Indiana a pair of rear flags for his rig

New headlights from amazon

I purchased; https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0128SCKPE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 so I could have some halos to drive around with.

The wiring was spliced into the DRL wires and all others are plug and play. The new changes are the DRL and front turn signals are cool white LED's. The entire job took 2 hours because I was trying to trouble shoot headlight bulbs ( I bought the wrong one in the end) its a great project.

If you are having issues with clearcoat peeling and dont want to replace use this; https://www.amazon.com/Spray-High-Gloss-Clearcoat-Aerosol/dp/B0043B7UQY a 2 part clearcoat spray can. I used it on my Avalon and today I'm clearing up my old 4Runner headlights. If you need visual proof, youtube 2k clearcoat or look at this guys video https://youtu.be/Wm1_5ZVVYxQ?t=7m38s
