Magnaflow vs URD Y-PIPE

So I'm looking into replacing the entire exhaust on my 2006 4.7 T4R after it was damaged when my wife ran over some road debris that was kicked up by the car in front of her.

I will be doing headers with Magnaflow front cats and a URD cat back. My question is about the y-pipe.

How much performance/mpg/efficiency do you think I'm giving up if I go with the catted Magnaflow y-pipe vs the URD off road y-pipe? I know the Magnaflow is an improvement over stock but how much better is the URD?

The Magnaflow is about half the price but if I'm already dropping 3k for parts and install I don't want an overly restrictive y-pipe to cancel out any gains I might get from the headers and catback.

Thanks

I showed a shop a picture of what I was looking for, which is similar to urd, when I installed my headers. They welded a nice stainless steel custom job with an extra o2 bung for an afr gauge. Wasn't too expensive either. Just my two cents...

Thanks for the info. How do you like your afe cai? Notice much difference?

What MAF tuner/calibrator did you go with? How hard was it to tune?

I'm looking to do a intake/exhaust with MAF tune very similar to what you did.

Was it worth the money? Overall how do you like your setup?

Thanks a ton for your help!
