i thought that wire coming off the pole was some super long antenna on your hood at first.

Just bought a magnetic Gray 2016 SR5 4 runner due to third row option but really like the TRD rims. Will the rims below fit stock tires on a 2016 Toyota 4 Runner

it houses all the threads about almost every piece of your 5th gen. Go ahead and check out the "Tire fitment" thread, and it will give you the specs on your stock rim, then compare to the one you want to buy.

spoiler alert: many many many members on here run those rims. they will fit. It is 1/2" wider though, so i bet your next question is "but but but will they rub???" and that is for you to find out then to rectify with an easy fix for tire rub housed in the linked sticky above.

Where do you get blank center caps like these?

Those are the FN Pro wheels which look very similar to the TRD wheels. They're slightly wider.

I can tell you that those are FAKE TRD Pro wheels. First the OEM TRD Pro wheels are 17x7". The ones you listed are 17x8". Second, the OEM ones are more of a matte color and the ones you listed are glossy. So if you're going to get the TRD Pro wheels get the OEM ones and if you're going to get look alikes then get the FN Wheels version.
