maintainance agreement

I bought an 04 4runner with 3k miles from a young girl who was talked into buying an extended warranty and the maintainence agreement which takes care of the preventative maintainence every 5k for 60k miles. I will be getting the warranty transfered to me, and I could get the maint. agreement transfered too, but the maint agreement has....well, coupon certificates that are redeemable for the maintainance at the dealer that the 4runner was bought from. This dealer is almost an hour away...and I like to do my own oil changes and use synthetic oil. She never used any of the coupons.

I'm wondering if its possible to sell this agreement back to the dealer?
I wonder this because my wife bought a Jeep Liberty last year and bought the extended warranty from Jeep. After a year she decided to sell the Jeep and sold back the warranty...it was pro-rated. Maybe the maint. agreement is like that too? Anyone know??

THANKS !!!!!!!!

I got similar maintenance plan and from what I'm told, the coupons are good at ANY Toyota dealership. Thats what I've been told by my dealership. I haven't tested it as the dealership I go to is only 15 minutes away and is the same place I bought the truck.

Verify with Toyota though.

The oil change coupons are good at any Toyota dealership. The rest of the services that may be offered in the Maint. Program are only available at that dealership.

You can always bring in your own synthetic oil to your dealership if want, they shouldn't mind.
