Massive moon roof leak I need suggestions

So I just got this 4Runner and I decided to check and see if the moon roof leaked. I know that I should have checked before I bought it but I was an idiot. It doesnt leak, it pours like someone is standing on top with a bucket and just giving me the business. It leaks in the top right corner. It soaked all of my college papers and I have finals this week! The motor sounds a little weak so I am thinking either it just is not sealing all the way, or I am missing a seal or something. Here are some pictures, please let me know if you see anything out of the ordinary.

I would first clean the sealing surface on both the glass and runners roof. I would then check to make sure the rubber seal is still en-tacked with no rips or breaks. If need be I would then align the moon roof.

Ensure the moonroof drains are not plugged.

They are not supposed to seal perfectly. Water that gets through is supposed to be channeled to four drains that go through the body to the ground. You need to clean those with some string trimmer line.

Wow you must park in the woods?take compressed air and blow out your drains,
If you still get water on floor make sure drain tube is still passing tru body to out side of trk? I recently fixed on where stereo installer pulled line up to run some wires and started a leak

I think I found the problem

Upon further inspection I found that there was a ton of debris in the rails. So much so that it had actually been packed in so deep that the moon roof was about an inch and a half to two inches away from the point it needed to be at to seal properly. AfterI cleaned out the tracks it slid forward very easily and even tilted forward a bit. I also cleaned the drain holes, they were so clogged they blended in with the black trim.

With that much shit in sun roof ? Open front doors and look down in corners where front lower fender meets door it likes to fill up with crap too,you want to clean that out I used a vacume to get out large debre than wash out with garden hose good luck with new to you trk ,looks like a good detailing is needed,
