how do you clean the felt on the windows? i'll clean them inside and out then once dried i'll get lines where the window was rolled partway down so after like a day my windows have stripes the whole way down........i've slid a rag down in there to try and clean it out but that didn't work.....



got any tips or products for cleaning the felt? if not ask your girl :girl:

Like wet stripes of dry stripes? if the felt is still wet it will leave those damn lines (ask my friends)

yea it's dry it's almost like grease or something and i don;t want to remove needed grease i just want to clean the felt, the stripes are from the felt on the window

Damn if rubbing alcohol and a rag dont clean it, sheez I'm not sure, sorry.

The interior strip is attached to the door panel and can be removed. If it has an armor all type substance on it I would guess that it needs to be replaced. Whichever strip it is I would remove it and wash it with warm water and dish soap using a toothbrush. Can you tell if the marks are on the inside or outside of the glass?
