Anyone else have issues with Toytec? Ordered my OME 890s last Thursday, paid to have them sent overnight. Come lunchtime today still no sign of them. Called, they hadn't even left the warehouse yet! Was told I'd have a refund for the difference between overnight and ground, and they would overnight them for tomorrow. FEDEX tracking now has them still in CO, and not due to arrive till Thursday! They sent them standard ground! WTH!!!! First time dealing with these folks and so far, I would not order from them again. Calling in the morning to have them refund the rest of the shipping costs. This has caused a major headache for me as I was supposed to be traveling Thursday. And can't because of the way the truck is sitting. :redbrick:

Just spoke with Jeff, and got the CORRECT tracking number, and they are on their way to the house as per the FEDEX tracking. I would like to recant my previous statement, and also say that speaking with Jeff on the phone, he was very cool, and polite.
Now...... back to finishing my lift and getting my rear off the bump stops!

I'm glad this got sorted. I ordered a few pieces from Toytec and they arrived quickly even though I paid for ground shipping. I even had to call back and order a second set of extended studs for my front shocks and they were nice as could be.

Yea, they were pretty cool on the phone, and even woth a shipping refund. O did recirve my order today as promised. Turned out to okay in the end. I'll deal with them again.
